Inteva Products Receives Progressive Manufacturing 100 Award

TROY, Mich., July 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Inteva Products, LLC was recently named a winner of the sixth annual Progressive Manufacturing 100 Awards for its launch of Plex Online and Cisco LAN/WAN in 14 locations in just 12 months.

Each year Managing Automation Media selects a group of companies to receive the PM100 Award, recognizing distinct accomplishments in Progressive Manufacturing. Inteva was included in the 2010 PM100 selection and was recognized in a subcategory for Data & Integration Mastery.

Inteva's projects included a revamped purchase order workflow process increasing internal flexibility, cut one-third from the monthly Information Technology budget, and now allows critical information to be viewed through an online system in real-time. Through innovative changes Inteva has accomplished a better working environment both internally and externally.

"This is a great accomplishment for us," said Inteva's Chief Information Officer Dennis Hodges. "I am proud of our ability to quickly implement our inventive ideas. This has highlighted Inteva's bright past and will lead the way to a brilliant future."
