  • CLEPA Innovation

    March 2016

    Inteva Products received top honors for collaboration with customer General Motors in the 2016 CLEPA Innovation Awards program. The CLEPA Innovation award recognizes the innovation capabilities of European automotive suppliers for technologies, products or business models and cooperation. For 2016, CLEPA received more than 75 applications, and Inteva Products was recognized for the all-Olefin, Soft-Skin, Stitched Full Instrument Panel System. 

  • SAIC-GM Excellent Supplier Award & Electronic Management Effective Advance Award

    February 2016

    Inteva Waigaoqiao Operations was honored by SAIC-GM as 2016 Excellent Supplier at the annual Supplier Conference in Wuhan, China. They also received the ‘Electronic Management Effective Advance Award.’ This award honors suppliers for efforts in quality control and product tractability.

  • Inteva Products Named 2016 Best Employers Ohio

    February 2016

    Inteva Products has been selected as one of the 2016 Best Employers in Ohio for its Vandalia site. This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Ohio, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The annual list of the Best Employers in Ohio was created by the Ohio SHRM State Council and Best Companies Group. Inteva Products is one of 39 companies to be recognized on the list this year.

  • FAW-VW Awards SAMAP Chengdu with Quality Stability Award

    December 2015

    On December 18, FAW-VW Chengdu held its annual conference and awarded SAMAP Chengdu with the Quality Stability honor for its excellent quality control in 2015. FAW-VW is a joint venture between FAW Group and Volkswagen Group which manufactures Audi and Volkswagen marque passenger cars for sale in China. Inteva currently supplies FAW-VW with Door Modules for the Volkswagen Magotan and Roof Systems for the Audi Q5. 

  • 100 Leading Women in Automotive

    November 2015

    Every five years, Automotive News names 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. This list includes female leaders who are making astonishing impacts on the future of the industry at automakers, suppliers, and dealerships. Inteva Products Vice President of Supply Chain Jan Griffiths, was named to Automotive News' 2015 list of 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. Griffith was recognized for her many accomplishments over her career, including boundary-breaking improvements in supply chain. 

  • TATA Motors Best Supplier Award for Quality

    The Best Supplier Award is the outcome of Inteva’s outstanding quality, delivery and execution performance on the T-latch that has now been successfully launched across multiple platforms.

  • PACE Award

    October 2015

    In October, 2015 Inteva Products was named a finalist in the 2015 Automotive News PACE Awards for the Soft-Skin, Stitched Full Instrument Panel System. The award was founded in 1995 to celebrate innovation and technological advancement among automotive suppliers. The award is given to a supplier who has created something that “changes the game.” Awards are given for products, materials, services, and processes. 

  • Award of Honor, Detroit Chapter International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)

    July 2015

    The IABC recognized the Inteva team for their comprehensive marketing campaign surrounding the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). 

  • Inteva’s Vandalia location was named a 2015 Healthiest Employer of Dayton.

    June 2015

    The program recognizes organizations that create and implement outstanding health and wellness programs. All nominees were measured using six core areas of workplace wellness including cultural and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis. Inteva's wellness program, Wellness 4 Life, is aimed at educating employees on the personal and company benefits of living healthy, improving the well-being of employees and their families, and creating a healthy worksite culture. In Vandalia, an employee-driven wellness committee organizes regular walks during the lunch hour to further promote a culture of health.

     

  • Michigan Economic bright Spots

    Inteva Products, was named one of Corp! Magazine's 2015 Michigan Economic Bright Spots. Winners were selected based on recent growth as well as their economic impact in Michigan, Inteva was recognized in the large business category for its continued expansion and creation of new jobs filled with Michigan talent.  

  • Most Valuable Professional

    April 2015

    Inteva Products President and CEO-Lon Offenbacher was named Corp! Magazine 2015 Michigan's Most Valuable Professional (MVP). Offenbacher founded Inteva Products in 2008. The company started with 25 customers and 13 sites and has 90 customers and 50 sites today. Offenbacher was one of 24 MVP honorees of the year. 

  • DiSciTech Award

    The DiSciTech award goes to a Michigan company that is pushing boundaries of technology. The program recognizes companies for achievements in the fields of Digital, Science and, Technology. Inteva Products received honors in the Technology category for the advancement of manufacturing technologies. Inteva’s innovative material technologies and application of product knowledge create safe, reliable and high- performing products that deliver value

  • EHS Americas Safest Companies

    October 2014

    In October, 2014 Inteva Products was named one of 2014 America’s Safest Companies. Inteva Products was one of only two automotive companies among the 16 honorees. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate “support from management and employee involvement; injury and illness rates lower than the average for their industries;  comprehensive training programs; having good communication about the value of safety and a way to substantiate the benefits of the safety process. 

  • GM Presents Matamoros Plant 2 with 2013-2014 Supplier Quality Excellence Award

    October 2014

    Inteva Matamoros Plant 2 received the General Motors (GM) Supplier Quality Excellence Award for the 2013-2014 year. On October 23, Matamoros Plant 2 leadership representatives were formally presented with the award at a reception in Mexico City. Matamoros Plant 2 supplies door latches to GM. The award is given specifically to manufacturing locations and only GM's top performing suppliers are eligible to receive it. Inteva's Matamoros Plant 2 location received this award for meeting and exceeding a very stringent set of quality performance criteria set forth by GM. 

  • Inteva Products Named One of America's Safest Companies

    EHS Today magazine has named Inteva Products as one of 2014 America’s Safest Companies for its North American and South American-based facilities. Inteva is one of only two automotive companies among this year’s 16 honorees. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate “support from management and employee involvement; innovative solutions to safety challenges; injury and illness rates lower than the average for their industries; comprehensive training programs; evidence that prevention of incidents is the cornerstone of the safety process; good communication about the value of safety; and a way to substantiate the benefits of the safety process.”

  • Inteva Instrument Panel System Chosen as Finalist for 2015 Automotive News PACE Awards

    Inteva Products' All-Olefin, Soft-Skin, Stitched Full Instrument Panel System has been named a finalist in the prestigious 2015 Automotive News PACE Awards. This game-changing instrument panel system is the industry's first complete instrument panel with complex geometry that delivers a premium look with lower-cost, lower-mass materials. Winners of the 2015 PACE Awards will be announced in Detroit on April 20, 2015.

  • Inteva Zhenjiang Awarded Strategic Supplier of DPCA

    August 2014

    Inteva Zhenjiang Plant has been awarded as a "Strategic Supplier" of Dong Feng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company (DPCA), a Joint Venture of Dong Feng Motor Corporation and PSA Group in China. The award was received at the DPCA 2014 Strategic Supplier Convention, held in Chengdu, China on August 27, 2014. Mr. Xiandong Qiu, General Manager of DPCA, and Mr. Mouro, Deputy General Manager of DPCA presented this honor to Bill Hanna, Inteva Vice President and Executive Director, Closure Systems and Richard Zheng, Inteva Managing Director, China.

  • Daimler Truck Honors Matamoros Operations with Third Consecutive Masters of Quality Supplier Award

    For the third consecutive year, Inteva Matamoros Operations has been selected as one of the elite Daimler Trucks North America suppliers to be honored with the Masters of Quality Supplier Award for 2013. Winners of the Masters of Quality Award are considered by Daimler Truck to be "the best of the best." Inteva Matamoros Operations provides top quality components for Daimler Trucks' Freightliner brand. The Masters of Quality Award program recognizes suppliers that meet or exceed Daimler Truck North America's stringent quality standards and have also received high scores on delivery, technology and cost performance. Inteva continues to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to improving the quality of our products and overall performance our business, making the company a valuable supplier to Daimler Trucks North America.

  • Inteva Earns 2014 Impact Award for IT Transformation

    June 2014

    Inteva was honored with an Impact Award, presented by Plex Systems, in June, at PowerPlex 2014. PowerPlex is an annual event for the Plex user community, made up of more than 400 companies in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and food and beverage industries. Plex is Inteva’s Cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system provider.

    Plex Impact Awards annually recognize one manufacturing organization in each of three categories: Industry Leadership, Transformation and Innovation. Inteva was honored in the Transformation category.

  • Team at Inteva SDADS Receives Excellent Technical Develop Contribution Supplier Award from Chery Automotive Co., Ltd.

    The team at Shanghai Inteva Automotive Door Systems Co., Ltd (SDADS) was awarded as Excellent Technical Develop Contribution Supplier of Year 2013 by Chery Automotive Co., Ltd. on February 25th, 2014. This is the second consecutive year that SDADS has received this prestigious award. The relationship and cooperation between Inteva SDADS and Chery continues to strengthen and grow.
