Recently, Inteva team members in India celebrated International Yoga Day. The holiday has been marked annually on June 21st and serves to honor the physical, mental and spiritual practice of yoga, which originated in India.
Inteva team members from Bangalore and Pune took photos of themselves in Padmasana, sometimes known as the lotus position. Practitioners sit in a cross-legged pose with each foot placed on the opposite thigh. The Padmasana is an ancient sitting pose widely used for meditation in the Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
