Inteva Products’ Vandalia Technical Center was named one of the Best Employers in Ohio. This is the fourth year in a row that the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Crain’s Cleveland Business and the Best Companies Group recognized Inteva’s contribution to Ohio’s economy and workforce in their Best Employers competition.

Winners are determined via a two-part assessment of companies throughout the state of Ohio. Twenty five percent of the total score is based on an employer benefits and policies questionnaire, while the remaining 75 percent is calculated based on feedback from a confidential employee engagement and satisfaction survey. Results of the employee survey are then categorized and weighted.
