Inteva Troy Conducts Roadside Cleanup on Earth Day

In celebration of Earth Day, which took place on April 22, 2017, the volunteer Adopt-a-Road cleanup crew in Troy picked up trash and litter alongside Crooks Road where our headquarters is located. Inteva has adopted a mile-long stretch on the road and has committed to keeping the roadside free of litter and debris. Twice a year, a volunteer cleanup crew is assembled to support this very important community effort.

Several garbage bags were filled with trash during the cleanup. The team picked up many plastic bags, bottles, papers and more. The Adopt-a-Road cleanup effort was headed by Ed Zionkowski, Director, Global Compensation and Payroll. Before to the cleanup, the team was provided with safety training and each volunteer received gloves and a bright vest.
