Inteva sites across the globe manufacture and donate PPE to benefit their communities

Inteva employees have come together over the past few months to manufacture and donate face coverings and personal protective equipment (PPE) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Team members at Salonta Operations manufactured nearly 12,000 reusable cloth face coverings—7,400 of which were distributed to employees. The remaining 4,000 were donated to local companies and surrounding neighborhoods.

The Vandalia Technical Center donated N95 respirators, filter pads and face shields to the Vandalia Fire Department and other local businesses.

Engineers at the Mexico Technical Center in Juarez are currently working in cooperation with local companies to build ventilators, including the controls, for use in local hospitals.

In total, Inteva manufactured over 100,000 reusable cloth face coverings and donated 176 N95 respirators, 6,850 filter pads and 80 face shields.

This was an incredible undertaking that proves Inteva employees embody our Core Values of providing a safe work environment and caring for the world and our communities. Thank you to everyone who made this possible!
