Our rotational development programs are two-year assignments designed for recent college graduates that have a drive to learn and accelerate their careers. This program will allow you to explore different professional opportunities and experiences in the automotive manufacturing industry at a fast pace. You will have the opportunity to participate in an individualized program based on your area of expertise but reach across different areas of the business to maximize your experience.
Who Can Participate?
- Graduating seniors with a bachelor’s degree suited to their desired career path.
- Candidates must be willing and able to temporarily relocate throughout our facility footprint for rotations.
- Ideal candidates should have a solid history of academic achievement, an aptitude for leadership and a record of success with previous internships or work assignments.
- Career Launch Program participants are innovators, problem solvers, leaders, career explorers and lifelong learners.
Focus Areas

Supply Chain Management and Purchasing
Our Supply Chain Management rotation targets high-performing supply chain management, business, or equivalent students from competitive universities.
A participant on the Supplier Development Track will complete a rotation that may include functions such as supplier development, advanced quality, program management, plant supplier quality and industrial / mechanical engineering. A participant on the Purchasing Track will complete a rotation that may include functions such as purchasing, finance / IT, sales or program management, production control & logistics, plant supervisor and global PSA.

Sales and Commercial Finance
Our Sales and Commercial Finance rotation targets high-performing sales, finance, business, or equivalent students from competitive universities.
A participant on the Sales and Commercial Finance Track will complete a rotation that may include functions such as purchasing, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, commercial finance, sales and more.

Engineering
Our Engineering rotation targets high-performing mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering students from competitive universities.
A participant on the Engineering Track will complete a rotation across functions such as systems engineering, materials engineering, operations quality and more.

Operations
Our Operations rotation targets high-performing mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering students from competitive universities.
A participant on the Operations Track will complete a rotation across functions such as quality, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plant supervisor, and production control & logistics.

Program Management
Our Program Management rotation targets high-performing mechanical or electrical engineering students from competitive universities.
A participant on the Program Management Track will complete a rotation across functions such as product engineering, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, commercial finance, plant supervisor and program management.
