Inteva HQ Hosts Family Picnic and Career Day to Inspire Future Innovators

Inteva welcomed nearly 500 employees and their family members to its annual Family Picnic and Career Day in August, held at the Inteva Headquarters in Troy, Michigan. The event brought together colleagues and family members for a day of connection, celebration, and hands-on learning.

The event kicked off with Career Day, where more than 60 children participated in interactive activities centered around the theme, “Build, Race, Win.” Through a series of engaging challenges, participants were encouraged to think like engineers, apply problem-solving skills, and explore concepts related to innovation and design in a fun and approachable way.

Following Career Day, families enjoyed an afternoon of food and games, featuring Detroit-area food trucks..
