    Inteva Products has been named a 2019 Best and Brightest in Wellness® company for the third year in a row. Inteva was recognized along with 115 other Michigan businesses for its US-based employee wellness programs, including the InVigorate program, which offers incentives for employees who participate.

     

  • Healthiest Employers in Ohio

    September 2019

    Inteva’s Vandalia Technical Center has been named one of the 2019 Healthiest Employers by the Dayton Business Journal. The magazine recognized 26 local health-conscious organizations for creating and implementing outstanding health and wellness programs. This is the third year that the Vandalia site has been awarded as a Healthiest Employer. All nominees were measured using six core features of workplace wellness including cultural and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.

  • Corp! Salute to Diversity

    Inteva is proud to announce that Senior Global Director of Sales Sam Wells has been named a Diversity Business Leader by Corp! Magazine as part of their Michigan Salute to Diversity awards. Wells was one of 32 Diversity Business Leaders honored.

  • Business Intelligence Group (BIG) Sustainability Award

    Inteva received the Sustainability Product of the Year award for the Inteather™ Eco Trim material. The award was given by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) during their 2019 Sustainability Awards program.  The BIG Sustainability Awards honor companies who have made sustainability an integral part of their business practice.

  • Corp! Michigan's Economic Bright Spots

    Inteva Products has been named one of Corp! Magazine’s “Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots”  for the fifth consecutive year and the overall Large Business winner. Winners are selected based on year-over-year business growth, technology innovation, and support for their communities. Inteva was one of 11 winners recognized in the Large Business category for growth and industry leadership.
  • CLEPA Innovation Award 2019

    Inteva was honored for the fourth consecutive year at the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) Innovation Awards Gala, receiving third place in the Environment category for our recyclable Inteather™ Eco Trim material. The CLEPA Innovation Awards competition, organized in cooperation with Deloitte, celebrates outstanding achievements in the European automotive supply industry in the fields of Environment, Safety, Connectivity and Automation, and Cooperation.
  • Best Employers in Ohio 2019

    Inteva Products has been selected as one of the 2019 Best Employers in Ohio. The annual list of the Best Employers in Ohio is designed to identify, recognize and honor companies in Ohio that best benefit the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The results of the competition are the product of a thorough, two-part assessment of companies throughout the state, including a questionnaire about corporate policies and benefits as well as an employee engagement survey. This is the Inteva's fourth win.
  • Family Responsible Company Certification

    January 2019

    Inteva’s Mexico Technical Center (MTC) in Juarez has been recognized as a “Family Responsible Company” by the Secretary of Labor and Social Security administration.  Only companies that prove to promote  ​​work-family balance, equal opportunities and the prevention of sexual harassment and workplace violence can receive this certification.

  • Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness®

    Inteva Products was named one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness by the National Association for Business Resources. Inteva also won this award in 2017. The program celebrates companies that are making their businesses more healthy, the lives of their employees better and the community a healthier place to live. Only companies that promote employee wellbeing, worksite health and wellness may be selected for this prestigious national award.

  • Tata Motors Agility Award

    October 2018

    Inteva Products received an award for Agility at the 2018 Tata Motors Annual Supplier Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The award honored suppliers who executed quick build-up of additional capacity to meet increased production schedules without any interruptions. Winners also needed to demonstrate a strong commitment to adhere to program timelines during product development for multiple platforms, a faster resolution of quality issues, and a quick response to engineering queries and new RFQs, as per Tata Motors' expectations.

    Inteva has received Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® award for the second year in a row. The award is an innovative initiative that recognizes and celebrates quality and excellence in health awareness. The program honors employers, wellness providers, schools, faith-based groups, and nonprofits that promote a culture of wellness and those that plan, implement and evaluate efforts in employee wellness to make their business and the community a healthier place to live and work. Inteva helps its U.S.-based employees manage their health by offering incentives for participation in wellness programs and personal health goal attainment – not only for the individual employee but also for spouses. At Inteva’s World Headquarters and Technical Center in Troy, Mich., the company helps employees reduce stress levels by offering weekly onsite chair massages, onsite yoga classes and walking groups, as well as providing healthy food options. 

  • CLEPA Innovation Award 2018

    Inteva is honored to receive top honors in the 2018 Innovation Awards sponsored by the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA). The award was presented on June 13. We placed first in the Cooperation category.

  • Altair Award Finalist

    July 2018

    Inteva Products was named a 2018 Altair Enlighten Award finalist in the Module Category for our thermoplastic window regulator for the 2018 Peugeot DS7.

  • Corp! Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots

    Inteva has been named one of Corp! Magazine’s “Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots” for the fourth consecutive year. Winners were selected based on growth and economic impact in Michigan. Since Inteva was formed in 2008, the company has more than tripled in size, adding jobs and customers in nearly every region of the world. This growth includes an investment of more than $180 million in Michigan, more than half of that within the last two years. 

  • Miami Safety Council & Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation

    Inteva’s Vandalia Technical Center was acknowledged by the Miami Valley Safety Council and Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation for its efforts in preventing accidents and injuries in the workplace.

  • 2017 Executive Leadership Award

    Inteva Products’ CEO and President Lon Offenbacher received the 2017 Executive Leadership Award from the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED). Since founding Inteva in 2008, Offenbacher has more than doubled the size of the company. Today, Inteva is located in 16 countries on five continents, serving 90 customers.

  • PACCAR Supplier Quality

    April 2018

    PACCAR awarded Inteva Matamoros Operations with a Supplier Quality Award for meeting or exceeding PACCAR’s 10 ppm quality standard in 2017. Inteva received the award for the site operating near perfection –10 or fewer defective parts for every million parts shipped to PACCAR. Inteva also met performance criteria for on-time delivery and support of PACCAR’s operating divisions and their customers.
