Inteva Products Reaches Agreement for the Purchase of Portions of the European Business of International Automotive Components (IAC)

Troy, Mich., October 28, 2025 – Inteva Products, a leading global automotive supplier of engineered components and systems, has reached an agreement for the purchase of portions of the International Automotive Components (IAC) European business. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
