Inteva Helps to Prepare Local Communities for Back to School Success

As core pillar of The Inteva Way is to care for the world and our communities. This fall, many of the Inteva locations around the world helped their communities prepare for a new school year with tools to be successful.

 

Our Inteva Gadsden team in Alabama  hosted a successful Back-to-School Drive in partnership with the Gadsden City Board of Education. Our employees came together to make generous contributions that directly benefit local classrooms.

 

Thanks to the thoughtful donations from the employees, the Gadsden team was able to provide meaningful support as the new school year kicks off. From notebooks and pencils to classroom essentials, every item collected helps equip educators and students with the tools they need to thrive.

 

In a vibrant display of commitment to education, our Matamoros and Guanajuato plants in Mexico proudly launched initiatives to support the children of hourly employees as they head back to school.

 

In Matamoros, the team celebrated the season by delivering 36 scholarships and 160 school supply kits, helping families prepare for a successful academic year.

 

At the same time, the Guanajuato plant showed its strong support by gifting backpacks to the children of hourly employees. In a wonderful act of collaboration, the local union joined the initiative by contributing school supply kits, amplifying the impact and reinforcing our shared commitment to education.

 

As the new school year begins, Inteva Salonta in Romania continued its tradition of supporting local children through the “Backpack and School Supplies for Every Inteva Child” program. This initiative, which is deeply appreciated by the local team, provides meaningful assistance to parents in the community by ensuring their children are equipped with high-quality school supplies for their age group.

 

Each backpack is thoughtfully assembled by Inteva employees, containing everything a student needs to thrive throughout the academic year. From notebooks and writing tools to art supplies and more, the team makes sure the children are set up for success.
