TROY, Mich., Feb. 24, 2014 – Inteva Products announced the appointment of Jan Griffiths as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, effective February 24, 2014. Griffiths will report to Lon Offenbacher, President and CEO.
“Jan brings to Inteva a wealth of experience built on a successful career spanning diverse roles,” said Offenbacher. “I am thrilled to welcome Jan to the team and look forward to the energy, leadership and strategy she will bring to our global supply chain organization.”
Griffiths brings to Inteva more than 20 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, sales and program management. She also has expertise in LeanSigma, a set of strategies, techniques, and tools for process improvement. Griffiths’ most recent position was with Chassix (previously SMW Automotive and Diversified Motors) as Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Chain.
Before joining Chassix, Griffiths served as Vice President of Global Procurement – Power Products Systems at Kongsberg Automotive where she implemented procurement structure in a lean manufacturing environment. Prior to that assignment, Griffiths was Vice President of Global Procurement – Automotive Group at Teleflex, Inc. and successfully introduced strategic sourcing and developed the global procurement organization.
Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Swansea Metropolitan University in Swansea Wales, U.K.
