Inteva’s TroyCares Program Strengthens Community Impact Through Employee-Led Service

January 21, 2026

Inteva’s Troy headquarters wrapped up another year of meaningful community engagement through its TroyCares initiative, an employee‑driven program designed to support local organizations and strengthen the communities where employees live and work.

TroyCares empowers teams across the company to identify causes, organize volunteer activities, and lead fundraising efforts throughout the year. The program brings together employees from every function across the organization who step forward as champions to plan and execute service projects that reflect the needs of their communities.

In 2025, TroyCares volunteers supported a wide range of nonprofits, from social‑service organizations and youth programs to environmental efforts and animal welfare groups. Activities included neighborhood cleanups, donation drives, hands‑on support for families in need, and creative initiatives to uplift children facing challenges.

While each team selected its own cause, the collective impact was significant. Highlights included expanded holiday giving for local families, essential supplies collected for animal shelters, support for children’s hospitals, and contributions to programs addressing food insecurity abroad. Several groups partnered with long‑standing community organizations such as Central Detroit Christian, the Judson Center, Catholic Charities of Southwest Michigan, and the Michigan Animal Rescue League.

TroyCares continues to reflect Inteva’s commitment to service, collaboration, and community stewardship. By encouraging employees to lead the way, the program not only strengthens local organizations but also builds a culture of compassion and shared purpose within the company.

Inteva celebrates the dedication of all the TroyCares volunteers and looks ahead to what our teams will accomplish this year.
