The team in Matamoros, Mexico embodied the giving spirit during the 2013 holiday season by collecting and donating gifts and candy to their adopted elementary school Guadalupe Victoria. Guadalupe Victoria is a rural school for low-income children.
"Our team is very proud to support this school and the activities that these young people are doing on behalf of the community," said Diana T., Personnel Coordinator. "We feel glad to see the faces of the little kids when they receive a gift that will make their holidays happier."
The activity was launched at Matamoros under the name, "A Gift, A Smile," and employees were asked to bring one gift to donate to the cause. All gifts and candy collected were donated to Guadalupe Victoria for the school's holiday celebration on December 18, 2013.
Thank you to the team in Matamoros, Mexico for living out Inteva's core value to care for the world and our communities!
