Inteva SDADS Honored with Commercial Vehicle Excellent Service Award
June 2012Inteva SDADS has been honored with the “Commercial Vehicle Excellent Service Contribution” award from SAIC Commercial Vehicle. SDADS began working with SAIC Commercial Vehicle on the the LDV SV61 project in February of 2010. The team in China is very proud to be the supplier of the first commercial vehicle project for SAIC. The award was presented at the Annual Supplier Conference of SAIC CV held in Suzhou on June 28th, 2012

Chery Recognizes Inteva SDADS with Excellent Supplier Award
March 2012Shanghai Inteva Automotive Door Systems Co..Ltd. (Inteva SDADS), a joint venture of Inteva Products and Shanghai SIIC Transportation Electric Company, Ltd., was honored by Chinese Automaker Chery as a 2011 Excellent Supplier. Only six out of 492 suppliers were named for the 2011 Top Annual Excellent Supplier.

Society of Plastics Engineers' (SPE) Hall of Fame
November 2011Inteva Products' SuperPlug® integrated composite door-hardware module was welcomed into SPE’s Hall of Fame. The SuperPlug® was selected as the 2011 Hall of Fame winner of the Automotive Division of SPE's 41st-annual Automotive Innovation Awards Competition. As the first all-plastic integrated door-hardware module, the SuperPlug® reduced components and fasteners by up to 75% by molding features into a single gas-assisted injection-molded composite frame that literally "plugged into" the inner door of the vehicle-assembly line, improving ergonomics and quality, saving labor time and reducing warranty claims.

Companies are ranked by sales of injection molded products in the most recent full fiscal year. Plastic News is a noted authority and is the largest circulation magazine among all plastic publications.

Society of Plastics Engineers Community Service Award
September 2010Inteva Products, LLC was recently selected by the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Board of Directors to receive the Community Service Award for 20 years of societal support. The Community Service Award was created in 2004 to honor companies who significantly participate in SPE through membership and volunteer work. Inteva was chosen to receive the award based on long-term membership and sponsorship support, employee involvement with both panel discussions and keynote speakers, and role as technical program chair for the TPR and the EPCON Conference.

Progressive Manufacturing 100 Award
July 2010Inteva Products, LLC was a winner of the sixth annual Progressive Manufacturing 100 Awards for its launch of Plex Online and Cisco LAN/WAN in 14 locations in just 12 months. Each year Managing Automation Media selects a group of companies to receive the PM100 Award, recognizing distinct accomplishments in Progressive Manufacturing. Inteva was included in the 2010 PM100 selection and was recognized in a subcategory for Data & Integration Mastery.
