TROY, Mich., May 6, 2015 – Inteva Products, LLC, a leading global automotive supplier of engineered components and systems, is excited to be a platinum sponsor of the 2015 Wards Automotive Interiors Conference for the eighth year in a row. The Conference on Wednesday, May 13, is North America’s only event devoted to the automotive interior. Along with other activities at throughout the day of the conference, Gerard Roose, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will be a featured panel speaker.
While at the show, Inteva’s interior engineers and designers will be showcasing stitching and material capabilities in an on-site display in the main ballroom. Inteva stitching technology can be used on a variety of surfaces – from leather to fabric to hard first surfaces to Inteva’s own award-winning InteatherTM material. The company’s ever evolving technology includes a variety of expert stitches and innovative stitching processes.
Roose is the former director of Advanced Development and current Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Inteva. He will participate in a panel that discusses how automotive interior designers ideas adopt best practices from other industries. Mr. Roose will discuss how human-centered approaches provide inspiration when designing the interior of a vehicle. The panel will run from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. in Meeting Room #140 E/F.
Throughout the event, Inteva will launch special parachutes that will provide attendees chances to win various give-aways, including a special grand prize manufactured by the craftsmen of Shinola. The drawing will take place during the closing reception, sponsored by Inteva.
The WardsAuto Interiors Conference runs from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. WardsAuto announced a change in venue for this year’s event, moving it to the newly renovated Cobo Conference Center ballroom and meeting space. The new state-of-the-art facility provides the event with more room for vehicle displays, supplier exhibits and networking, with a backdrop offering a breathtaking view of the Detroit River.
